You can get Kebia Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

How to Win Max Raid Battles
The Kebia Berry has the effect of lessening the damage of a supereffective Poison-type Move. This can be effective against Poison-type teams, but this is niche since Poison teams are not too prevalent in the current meta.
Kebia Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Kebia Berry in your Curry will give it Dry and Sour flavors.
You can also use Kebia Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
