Razor Lore Summary
Background
Razor is an orphaned boy from the wild, living among his wolf family. Although Razor is a native of the wilderness, he's not without human friends.
His usual human companions are Mondstadt residents such as Bennett, Klee, as well as Draff, father to Diona, who hails from Springvale. Despite his inclination towards the wild, Razor is well-loved by everyone around him--both wolf and human.
Razor and Varka
Growing up without any human around, Razor was unable make sense of his environment the same way other humans do.
His communication is limited to that of a wolf's—howling, pouncing, and running around—until he crossed paths with Varka, Grandmaster of The Knights of Favonius.
Varka taught him the way of the sword and gave Razor his name. From that point onward, Razor feels forever indebted to Varka, especially because it is through the sword that Razor protects his Lupical.
Purple Teacher
If Varka is the long-standing father-figure in Razor's life, it's Lisa—the Librarian herself—who acts as Razor's teacher.
In Razor's story quest, The Meaning of Lupical: Act I, he mentioned being taught about the healing and coagulating properties of Wolfhook by none other than his "Purple Teacher".
Also, in the recent event quest, Festive Anecdotes of Of Ballads and Brews, Razor explicitly called Lisa, "master" which solidly confirms their teacher-student; master-pupil, relationship.
However, Lisa didn't just teach Razor what Wolfhooks are for, or how to cook potatoes, or use the human language. Perhaps the most notable lesson that Lisa has imparted to Razor is how to use his Vision properly, given how they both share the same element: Electro.
Gaining his Vision
One of the most unforgettable memories of Razor (and also perhaps the most traumatizing) was ironically the day he gained his Vision.
It was a stormy day like no other, except Razor was ambushed by an Abyss Mage. Naturally his wolf companions ran by his side to rescue him, but all were defeated by the Abyss Mage.
It was then when Razor felt the surge of Electro coursing through his body. He overwhelmingly defeated the Abyss Mage, but all his wolf friends were gone.
From that day, Razor, with the help of Varka and Lisa, vowed to harness the Electro properly and become the strongest to protect those whom he considers his Lupical.
Razor's Dilemma and Lupical
Living free from the shackles of society sounds charming and easygoing - and Razor has been living that life for as long as he can remember - but it has its own share of shortcomings.
Razor's biggest dilemma perhaps, is living in both worlds of humans and wolves. It's confusing to know that you belong to either side but at the same realize that you don't. From his story quest, Andrius said to Razor:
Andrius: "But Razor—you must not get involved. This is for the wolves to settle. You fight not with claws, but with the sword. You strike not with teeth, but with the lightning. You are human, Razor."
It's safe to infer that Razor knows what he is, but contends on the idea that it's not where his loyalty lies. That's why Razor carefully selects his Lupical.
Razor's Parents
During the third and last quest of Festive Anecdotes, Aroma of the Past, Razor's parents were briefly shown during one of the quest's cutscenes. By the looks of it, Razor's parents were Adventurers from Mondstadt.
His father has a dark-colored hair, while her mother shares the same hair color as his.

Razor had his first in-game focus during his story quest, The Meaning of Lupical: Act 1. This quest is also required to unlock the weekly boss, Andrius.
