Located in Stow-on-Side, there is a bargain shop that sells rare items where the prices are not fixed.
You can buy Razor Claw for ₽3000 if it is the Bargain of the Day.
You can only buy one item per day so it is good to visit daily. Talk to the merchant to check yesterday's, tomorrow's, and today's Bargain of the Day.
You can exchange 10 BP to get Razor Claw in BP Shops in Hammerlocke and Wyndon.
You can pick up a Razor Claw at an islet with a tree right next to a pond at the Dusty Bowl in the Wild Area. This area is situated below the cliff of Hammerlocke Hills

Razor Claw raises the critical hit ratio of its holder, or to having a 12.5% critical hit ratio.
This allows the holder to attack more effectively as it deals more damage when landing critical hits.
