 Metal Coat
| An item to be held by a Pokemon. It's a special metallic film that can boost the power of Steel-type moves. |
 Whipped Dream
| A soft and sweet treat made of fluffy, puffy,whipped, and whirled cream. It's loved by a certain Pokemon. |
 Protector
| A protective item of some sort. It is extremely stiff and heavy. It's loved by a certain Pokemon. |
 Razor Claw
| An item to be held by a Pokemon. This sharply hooked claw increases the holder's critical-hit ratio. |
 Reaper Cloth
| A cloth imbued with horrifyingly strong spiritual energy. Causes Dusclops to evolve if traded while holding. |
 Sachet
| A sachet filled with fragrant perfumes that are just slightly too overwhelming. Causes Spritzee to evolve if traded while holding. |
 Prism Scale
| A mysterious scale that causes Causes Feebas to evolve if traded while holding. It shines in rainbow colors. |
 Chipped Pot
| A peculiar teapot that can make Sinistea evolve. It may be chipped, but tea poured from it is delicious. |
 Flower Sweet
| A flower-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Clover Sweet
| A clover-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Berry Sweet
| A berry-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Love Sweet
| A heart-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Strawberry Sweet
| A strawberry-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Sweet Apple
| A peculiar apple that can make a certain species of Pokémon evolve. It's exceptionally sweet. |
 Tart Apple
| A peculiar apple that can make a certain species of Pokémon evolve. It's exceptionally tart. |
 Cracked Pot
| A peculiar teapot that can make a certain species of Pokémon evolve. It may be cracked, but tea poured from it is delicious. |
 Star Sweet
| A star-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Ribbon Sweet
| A ribbon-shaped sweet. When a Milcery holds this, spinning will cause it to evolve. |
 Dragon Scale
| Seadra will evolve into Kingdra if holding this item when traded. |
 Upgrade
| Porygon will evolve into Porygon2 if holding this item when traded. |
 Dubious Disc
| Porygon2 will evolve into Porygon-Z if holding this item when traded. |
 Oval Stone
| Happiny will evolve into Chansey if holding this item when leveling up during daytime. |
 Electirizer
| A box packed with a tremendous amount of electric energy. It's loved by a certain Pokemon. |
 Magmarizer
| A box packed with a tremendous amount of magma energy. It's loved by a certain Pokemon. |
