You can get Liechi Berry by shaking Berry trees found in Wild Areas and Routes.

Pokemon May Also Fall From Trees
You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

Liechi Berry Competitive Analysis
Liechi Berry raises its holder's Attack stat by one stage when its health drops to below 25%. This pinch Berry is useful for Pokemon that has no method of boosting its Attack stat in order to be effective.
Liechi Berry and Substitute
Some physical attackers that can learn Substitute may see some use on this Berry. The move allows them to safely drop to 25% of their HP an activate Liechi Berry.
Liechi Berry Holders
Hawlucha's Unburden can synergize well with Liechi Berry. Once it drops to the health threshold, Liechi Berry will be consumed and raise its Attack stat, which then activates Unburden that boosts its Speed!

As a Curry Ingredient
Liechi Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Liechi Berry in your Curry will give it a Spicy, Dry, and Sweet flavor.

You can also use Liechi Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.
