This quest is found in the Unreconciled Star Event which has a requirement of Adventure Rank 20, and is unlocked after completing the What the Skies Conceal, the Water Reveals story quest.

| 1 |  Talk to Ivanovich at his stall in Liyue Harbor. You will have to convince him that his idea might not be the best without your frienship deteriorating. Tip: Check our Tips & Strategies below for the best responses. |
| 2 |  Head to the marker just outside Liyue Harbor and gather 3 Sweet Flower. |
| 3 |  After picking the 3 Sweet Flower, a Pyro Whopperflower appear. |
| 4 |  Head back to Liyue Harbor and give Ivanovich the Sweet Flowers. |

While talking to Ivanovich, you will need to convince him that it's a bad idea to use the meteorites as jewelry. Saying the wrong things will deteriorate your friendship with him, while choosing the correct responses will improve it.
After picking the 3 Sweet Flower near the meteorite, a Pyro Whopperflower will appear. You can choose to defeat it before continuing with the quest. It is recommended to use Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters to defeat it quickly.
You can also choose to open up your map quickly and just teleport inside Liyue Harbor to avoid the fight altogether.
