What is Capturing Radiance?
Event Wish Mechanic for Character Wish Banners
Capturing Radiance is a new Wish Mechanic introduced in Version 5.0 and announced in the 5.0 Special Program.
Players have a chance of triggering Capturing Radiance when they are not guaranteed while pulling for a 5-Star Character in the limited character banners.
How Does Capturing Radiance Work?
Increases Chances of Winning the 50/50 in Character Wish Banners
When you pull in any Limited Character Banner without guarantee, you have 50/50 chances of getting the featured 5-Star character. In the moment that you 'lose' the 50/50, there will be a small chance to trigger Capturing Radiance.
If you trigger Capturing Radiance, the 5-Star Character you win in the wish banner will be the limited character, turning it into a win!
Does Not Affect the Rest of the Pity System and Guaranteed Pulls
Capturing Radiance does not affect your existing pity or any guaranteed pulls. If you pull in a banner and lose the 50/50, your next 5-Star Character will be guaranteed and Capturing Radiance will not be triggered.
Available in Character Wish and Character Wish-2 Banners
Capturing Radiance can only be triggered in the Character Wish and Character Wish-2 Banners, meaning it will not appear in the Standard Wish, Beginner Wish, nor the Epitome Invocation banners.

Question: Will Capture Radiance be reset every next major update version (i.e. current version is 5.8 to the next update will be 6.0)? Because I lost twice 50/50 (on Skirk and Chasca Rerun banner), and next update will be next new version (i.e version 6.0). But iirc, if I lost example from any "sub-version" 5.X (example 5.6) to any "sub-version" 5.X (example 5.8) , it does carry forward to. Therefore, I would like to know does it carry forward my capture radiance to next version 6.0. Thanks
