Razor Shell is a good utlity move that offers good damage with its base 75 power. In addition to the damage, this move also has a 50% chance of lowering the opponent's Defense by one stage. Generally, you want to use this move consecutively on a tanky Pokemon in order to benefit from the secondary effect.
