Use Supersense Skill After Elemental Burst or Skill

After using Nahida or Raiden's Elemental Burst or Skill, do not move to activate Time Dilation Mode and make a Supersense Particle appear. Adjust the camera so that your character is covering the particle before activating the Supersense Skill!

Use Shenhe to Increase Ayaka's Cryo Damage

In the second stage, you fight against Hydro Abyss Mages, Hydro Slimes, and Tainted Hydro Phantasms! Use Shenhe's Elemental Burst and Skill to help buff Ayaka's Cryo DMG in addition to using Supersense Skills!

Supersense Skill Effects
Standard Effect: Unleash a shockwave at the character's position, dealing True DMG to nearby opponents and restoring HP to all nearby party members equal to 100% of the character's Max HP. Additionally, all your party members will gain 300 Elemental Mastery for 20s.

Focus Foes and Quicken

The third stage introduces Focus Foes. When you defeat these Focus Foes, you gain increased energy to activate your Fayz ability. Try to prioritize these enemies when they appear!

Triggering Spread and Aggravate with Alhaitham and Yae Miko with Quicken will easily shred these Focus Foes, although you will need to manage Alhaitham's Mirror stacks to prolong your Dendro Infusion!

Standard Effect: Unleash a shockwave at the character's position, dealing True DMG to nearby opponents and restoring HP to all nearby party members equal to 100% of the character's Max HP. Additionally, all your party members will deal 100% more DMG to opponents affected by the Frozen reaction for 20s.

Freeze with Furina and Shatter with Wriothesley

The fourth stage heavily revolves around Wriothesley's Charged Attacks, as it's the most optimal source to activate the Supersense Skill. When Freezing opponents, you also deal increased damage to them.

Keep Furina in her Ousia state so her summons can apply Hydro to your opponents and trigger the buffing effects of your Elemental Burst with Wriothesley easily!

Death From Above with Xiao and Xianyun

The fifth stage is centered around Plunge Attacks, being the best way to activate Supersense Particles since both characters are plunge-oriented. The buff here is straightforward, leaning towards a hyper-aggressive playstyle.

Keep Xianyun and Xiao's Elemental Bursts up to ensure that you can rain down on groups of opponents with ease.

Juggle Abilities with Kazuha and Neuvillette

Stage 6 features two characters with spaced out cooldowns, requiring players to time their Supersense Skill usage with their ability cooldowns, empowering themselves in tandem with Supersense usage.

Take advantage of the buffs afterwards and use Neuvillette's Charged Attacks and Kazuha's grouping and infusion to wipe out opponents while racking up Supersense points!

In addition, unleash a Geo shockwave at the location of the character that deals AoE Geo DMG every 2s for 20s.

Focus on Crystallize

Stage 7 features two Geo characters that can generate Crystallize shields, and a plethora of Elemental Beings from which shields can be generated from.

Navia herself significantly benefits from this so the shifts to generating and gathering Crystallize shields to ramp up Navia's damage.

Power Up Arataki Itto

Stage 8 features mostly physical enemies that will easily fall to high amounts of raw damage, so focus on using Chiori's Elemental Skill to supplement Arataki Itto's barrage of attacks.

Take any opportunity you can to quickly Burst down large groups of enemies using Chiori's Elemental Burst, Arataki's empowered Elemental Skill, or the Supersense Skill.

How to Play The Great Fayz Reaction Debate

Use Two Trial Characters or Your Own

Each stage in The Great Fayz Reaction Debate provides two Trial Characters, and you can only use up to two characters for the stage. If you already own the character on trial, you can choose to use your own character rather than the Trial ones!

All Fayz Trials Characters

Accumulate Fayz Force by Defeating Enemies

Fayz Force is an in-game meter that gets filled-up over time, and by defeating enemies. Once the Fayz Force reaches a certain point, you can enter the Time Dilation State, which temporarily suspends the flow of time!

Automatic Time Dilation State When Standing Still

Travelers can now automatically enter Time Dilation State from the start of the round! If your character stands still and don't make a move, Time Dilation State will automatically be triggered.

Use Elemental Skill or Burst to Make Supersense Particles

Make Supersense Particles Appear

You have to enter Time Dilation mode after using an Elemental Skill or Burst in order to make Supersense Particles appear in the field.

Use Supersense Skill While in Time Dilation Mode

When in Time Dilation mode, adjust the camera angle so that your character blocks the Supersense Particles from view and consume Fayz Force to use a Supersense Skill. This gives your party a Fayz Furtherance buff based on the stage details!

Menacing Projectiles and Energizing Projectiles

Avoid Menacing Projectiles and Collect Energizing Projectiles

At certain points in the challenge, Menacing Projectiles will appear in the stage. You must avoid getting hit by Menacing Projectiles and instead collect Energizing Projectiles to gain more Fayze Force.
