	Objectives
1	Head over to Ritou and talk to Bertrand again.
2	Go to Cape Oath and go near the location to have Pyro applied to you for 15s.
3	Head to Yaoguang Shoal to go near the water and have Hydro applied to you for 15s.
4	Go to Kujou Encampment to have Electro applied to you for 15s.
5	Report back to Bertrand then finish the conversation to finish the quest!

You need to head to these locations specifically and get affected by Pyro, Hydro, and Electro! This can be done by getting into contact with sources like the correct element of Slimes, Burning grass for Pyro, bodies of water for Hydro, and Electro Crystals for Electro!
