  • Go near the marked location and have Pyro applied to for 15s

  • Return the Material Collector Bertrand

Head over to Ritou and talk to Bertrand again.

Genshin - Congregation of Pyro Creatures in Cape Oath Mondstadt
Go to Cape Oath and go near the location to have Pyro applied to you for 15s.

Genshin - Congregation of Hydro Creatures in Yaoguang Shoal
Head to Yaoguang Shoal to go near the water and have Hydro applied to you for 15s.

Genshin - Congregation of Electro Creatures in Kujou Encampment
Go to Kujou Encampment to have Electro applied to you for 15s.

Genshin - A-Toymaking We Shall Go Quest 1 - Go back to Bertrandt
Report back to Bertrand then finish the conversation to finish the quest!

Genshin - Congregation of Electro Creatures in Kujou Encampment
Electro in Kujou Encampment

You need to head to these locations specifically and get affected by Pyro, Hydro, and Electro! This can be done by getting into contact with sources like the correct element of Slimes, Burning grass for Pyro, bodies of water for Hydro, and Electro Crystals for Electro!
