I use this for shenhe, it's good weapon for shenhe bonus atk

I use this on my HuTao (I'm an f2p, don't have SoH that's why), if you're kinda desperate for Atk stats and also want crit rate take this one, but you got to hit the opponents for it to happen and crit is rng so activating HuTao's skill then pop the burst doesn't make that you'll score a crit. Backliff is also nice but you need a good crit rate circlet for it.
