Your slowpoke’s held item is a galarcia cuff, just unequip it and actually use it on slowpoke. It will evolve it into slowbro. And for slowking, get the galarcian wreath from the old lady in the cave in the crown tundra. Don’t give it to the Pokémon as a held item, actually use it.

You don’t give it to them as an item. You literally have to use it on them. When it says compatible, you should be doing the right thing.
