Your slowpoke’s held item is a galarcia cuff, just unequip it and actually use it on slowpoke. It will evolve it into slowbro. And for slowking, get the galarcian wreath from the old lady in the cave in the crown tundra. Don’t give it to the Pokémon as a held item, actually use it.
