Wait Till the Next Day at 14:00
Adjust the In-Game Clock to 14:00
After you completed Dvorak's To-Do List, he will tell you to come back the next day after some preparations. Just turn the in-game clock to 14:00 the next day (tomorrow) to proceed.
Talk to Itto and Shinobu at the Event Venue
Once the right time arrives, being at the event venue triggers a cutscene where you talk to Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu!
Meet Your Friends at the Celebration
Talk to Gorou, Kokomi, Thoma, Yoimiya, and Heizou
After talking to Shinobu and Itto, several characters will be at the venue. Talk to Heizou, Thoma and Yoimiya, and Gorou and Kokomi to proceed. You can talk to them in any order.
Go to the Jam Zone to Look for Dvorak
After talking to all your friends, go back to Dvorak for another conversation.
Complete the Next Cutscenes
There will be several cutscenes after talking to Dvorak. Just finish all the cutscenes and enjoy the Iridescence Tour to complete the quest!
