How to Get Rusted Shield

Capture Zamazenta

Rusted Shield is the held item for the legendary Pokemon Zamazenta. You will receive the item Rusted Shield once you capture Zamazenta in the post game.

How to Use Rusted Shield

The Rusted Shield when held by Zamazenta will change it to its Crowned Forme.

Also if Zamazenta knows Iron Head when entering battle, the move will be replaced by Behemoth Bash for the duration of the battle.

It is recommended to have Zamazenta hold this item, as this allows access to a powerful attack Behemoth Bash that deals twice the damage to Dynamaxed Pokemon.
