Dire Hit can be purchased at the Pokemart found inside Pokemon Centers in Hammerlocke.

How to Use Dire Hit

Using Dire Hit will raise the the user's critical-hit ratio by two stages. This will allow it to land critical hits more frequently.

You can use this item on Pokemon that can deal high damage to power up their attacks even more, as critical hits deal 1.5 times the damage of the base power of the move and ignores defensive boosts.
