It is definitely recommended to use Paralyze Heal on your paralyzed Pokemon as paralysis is a status effect that does not go away on its own.
It will also help back your Pokemon get up back to its knees as paralysis will slash the Pokemon's speed in half.

You can buy Paralyze Heal at Poke Mart counters for ₽200. It is available from the beginning of the game.
