Competitive Analysis

Coalossal

Tar Shot is Coalossal's signature move and it fits the Pokemon perfectly.

Coalossal naturally has a low Speed stat but since it can have the Steam Engine Ability, getting hit by a Fire or Water-type move will increase its Speed drastically.

If ever in a situation that Coalossal still needs to outspeed an opposing Pokemon, it can use Tar Shot to bring its opponent's Speed down.

More importantly, any target hit with Tar Shot will make it weak to Fire-type moves. With Coalossal having a Fire-typing, this opens up a new door of offensive strategies!
