Power Trip Competitive Analysis

Power Trip is a Dark-type move that increases its power depending on how much your Pokemon;s stats get boosted.

Power Trip Damage Increase

This move initially starts at 20 base power. However this will increase by +20 depending on how many stages your Pokemon's stat get increased. So for example, Swords Dance increases your Attack stat by two stages, meaning Power Trip will increase its base stat from 20 to 60.

This takes into account all the stat and not just your offensive ones. Meaning Speed, Defense, HP, etc., will also increase Power Trip's power.

Power Trip Damage Decrease

Power Trip's base power will decrease if your boosted stat gets decreased. But, it won't decrease it beyond the starting 20 base power.

Power Trip Locations

Power Trip can only be learned via Egg Move, Level Up, or by Default.
