Competitive Analysis

Frost Breath has the secondary effect of always resulting in a critical hit, which means the move deals double its base power.

While a niche move, it has some use against defensive Pokemon that like to boost their defenses since the critical hit bypasses the special defense boost.

Frost Breath Locations

Frost Breath is only available via Level Up, since the TM is unavailable in Sword and Shield.

Sword and Shield do not have Frost Breath as a TM or TR. That section needs to be taken down because it will just spread misinformation.
