Petal Blizzard Competitive Analysis

Petal Blizzard is a strong move that shines in Doubles. Being able to hit all the Pokemon on the field is a powerful effect as it allows you to potentially knock out both of your opponent's Pokemon.

This move synergizes well with Pokemon that have Sap Sipper. Sap Sipper boosts the Pokemon's attack if hit by a Grass-type move.
