V-Create Competitive Analysis

V-Create is one of the strongest Fire-type move in the game. Boasting a base 180 power, this move is an auto-include in most Victini builds even the special attacking ones.

When using Victini, treat this move as your primary STAB option. V-Create lowers the Defense, Sp. Defense, and Speed stat of Victini by one stage each so be careful when using this move.
