If you want a quick way to raise its level, you can use Exp. Candies.
If you don't want to use your Exp. Candies, you can battle high-levelled Pokemon in the Wild Area. or you may challenge Gym Leaders again at the Wyndon Stadium or join the Galarian Star Tournament after you've finished the entire game.
