Enter the house to the left of the Pokemon Center in Hammerlocke. |

After obtaining Focus Sash, the Trainer residing in that house will challenge you to a Pokemon battle. |
Found in the Lake of Outrage
You can obtain Focus Sash in the lower left area of the Lake of Outrage. However, you need to have the second Rotom Bike, obtainable on Route 9, to move across water.

You can exchange 15 BP to get Focus Sash in BP Shops in Hammerlocke and Wyndon.
How to Use Focus Sash
Give to a Utility Pokemon
Focus Sash gives you a chance to survive a potential one-hit knockout. Note however, that his only works if the user's health is full.
This item is often used on utility Pokemon such as Landorus-T. The reason behind this is because Landorus' role is to set up hazards like Stealth Rock. In addition to this, Landorus is 4x weak to Ice-types.
