For the fifth stage of Endless Forms Most Martial, you'll want to create a team that can trigger a Frozen reaction.
You can utilize the trial characters in this round to complete the challenge, just make sure to bring another Hydro applicator and a crowd control character so Ayaka can easily hit all of the opponents with her burst.
Defeat Opponents Affected by Frozen
Use Characters That Consistently Apply Hydro and Cryo
The main objective of this stage is to eliminate 10 opponents affected by Frozen in a restricted amount of time. Make sure to bring characters who can consistently apply Cryo and Hydro to trigger the reaction.
Swirl Hydro
If you plan on using the first team comp with Ayaka and Barbara, be sure to swirl Hydro first so that Ayaka can easily trigger Frozen with her Elemental Skill.
Once enemies are frozen, their DEF decreases; take advantage of this by using Ayaka's Elemental Burst.
