Leadership Skill	Sweeping Whirlwind: The wild winds converge, drawing in opponents within a certain radius for 6s and dealing Anemo DMG. 45s CD. Has 2 initial usages.

Place As Much AOE Units as You Can!

Stage 1 of Defense Scenario is loaded with Team units who can bruteforce their way through your home base with ease. Make sure you have your Pyro Potioneer and Pyro Mechanism ready to poke the Cicins, and your Blazing Axe Mitachurl and Sunfrost, to attack aground enemies!

Overwhelming Air Superiority Stage Overview
Leadership Skill	Blazing Breakthrough: Unleashes flames that deal Pyro DMG to opponents and lower their DEF. 45s CD. Has 2 initial usages.

Reserve Your Leadership Skill on Beefier Enemies!

Stage 2 of the Defense Scenario is the most straightforward of all stages, so make sure to leverage on your units' strengths and weaknesses to easily defend your Home Base.

With the Mitachurl, and Ruin Guard leading the opponent's infantry, make sure to reserve your Leadership Skill: Blazing Breakthrough for them, as this will lower their defense so your units can easily defeat them!

Leadership Skill	Blazing Breakthrough: Unleashes flames that deal Pyro DMG to opponents and lower their DEF. 45s CD. Has 2 initial usages.

Take Note of Enemies' Elemental Types!

The third stage of Defense Scenarios forces players to not only defend their home bases, but also analyze the elemental affinity of each enemy. Each flank of the stage will have at least a Specter or Slime spawning, which means placing a combat unit of the same elemental type renders all your attacks useless!

Flexible Defensive Countermeasures Stage
Leadership Skill	Momentous Wave: Attack your opponents with billowing waves, dealing AoE Hydro DMG, and causing nearby allied units to recover healt over the next 2.5 seconds. 45s CD. Has 2 initial usages.

Cover Both Flanks with Units in Between!

Effectively cover both flanks by placing your combat units in between the two paths. This way, their detection area will cover both sides and they can deal with enemies no matter which Flank they come from!

Use Shackling Mines on Bigger Opponents

Similar to the fourth stage, place your combat units in between the two paths to cover more ground. Shackling Mines are best used against the larger or more aggressive opponents to stop them in their tracks!

Keep the Left Flank Busy and Focus on the Right

Keep the Ruin Guards on the Left Flank busy with your Stronghold Mechanisms while you whittle them down with a unit or two, and focus your efforts on the right flank to thin down the opposition.

Play Reactively and Play to Counter

As there is plenty of variety in the enemy ranks, players must strategically place their units to effectively counter theirs and gain the advantage.

And if all else fails, placing down more units than the enemy should do the trick!

How to Play Defense Scenarios

Defend Your Stronghold

To play Defense Scenarios, you must defend your Stronghold, and avoid receiving damage as much as you can. Your Stronghold is located at the very center of the Scenario platform, each featuring a different terrain layout, making each challenge unique!

Deploy Combat Units

To defend your Stronghold, you must deploy combat units to help defend, and attack enemies from all sides of the terrain. Each Combat Unit have strengths and weaknesses duly logged based on the Suppression Rules, and exploiting them gives you advantage on each stage.

Collect Supply Beacons

After defeating enemies, they will drop Supply Beacons which you must collect, no matter what. Supply Beacons are an extremely important resource in-game, which lets you summon additional Combat Units or Frontline Building, to easily turn the tide in the battle!

Be mindful of the screen prompt that a Supply Beacon has appeared, as these beacons can easily be overlooked, especially in the heat of the moment!

Leverage on Elemental Reactions

Elemental Reactions also work inside the Defense Scenarios, so make sure to use this to your advantage, especially when facing difficult enemies!
