Freeze Combo

To prevent the other Hilichurl Shooters to attack the monolith, you can try freezing them instead. Note that the Floating Hydro Fungus's skill is a point blank ability and should be used when it's near the enemies.

Interrupt Combo

The Stretchy Geo Fungus' skill interrupts and launches the feeble Hilichurls up in the air, preventing them from attacking. You can also buff its attack with the Electro and Cryo Fungi' buffs!

How to Get 2000 Points in Zone Defense Day 1

Master the Mechanics

Genshin - Special Training Abilities
Unlike Coordinated Assault, you will have to act fast and order your Fungi as soon as possible when starting the challenge to protect the monolith.

  1. Hold the Focus Target and aim it to an enemy you want to focus.
  2. Use the Fungi's skills with the assigned buttons.
  3. Mind the number of usage on your bar.
  4. Protect the Monolith at all costs.

Protect the Monolith above 50%

Genshin - Protect the Monolith

You can get 2000 points by having your Monolith above 50% and having none of your Fungi to be incapacitated. Mix a combination of Freeze, blunt damage from the Geo Fungus, or Electro-Charged to stop the enemies from damaging both points!

Switch targets to each Hilichurl

Genshin - Focus Target Untouched Mobs

When a Hilichurl Shooter is left untouched, it will direct its focus to the Monolith. Prevent this by continuously changing targets so they would focus on your Fungi buddies instead.

Launch Enemies with the Geo Fungus

You can stop the Hilichurl Shooters from attacking completely by launching them with Stretchy Geo Fungus' ground pound ability. You can then switch target to the other unharmed Hilichurl.

Pick up Plauditory Protections

Genshin - Special Training Skill Usage
Get the Plauditory Protections to regenerate your skill bar. These glowing yellow leaves are your ammunitions to order your Fungi and use their Special Skills.
