How to Play Fungus Capture

How to Capture Fungus

Go to the Designated Area

Head to Designated Areas called Capture Zones in Sumeru where you can find and capture certain Fungi. The Shroom-kin and Fungi that you can capture will have a golden indicator above their heads!

Use the Wisdom Orb Gadget

Equip the Wisdom Orb gadget from your inventory while in the Designated Area. Once equipped, players can use a Capture Skill to begin catching Fungi!

Wisdom Orb Gadget Guide

Fill up the Progress Bar to Catch Fungi

Approach the Fungus carefully before aiming and using the Capture Skill on them. If you startle a Fungus, it will flee until it gets to a certain distance!

Affected by Pyro and Electro

The Fungus' movement speed is slowed by the Pyro element, but the rate that the Capture Progress bar is filled will also decrease. However, both speed and capture progress are increased by the Electro element.

Name Your Captured Fungi

After catching a Fungus, you can name it with the help of Paimon's suggestions or choose to name them later.
