The Black Mane Hair must be used alongside the Radiant Petal in order to get the Reins of Unity. This allows you to fuse Calyrex and Spectrier together to form Shadow Rider Calyrex.

Get it in Freezington

You can get the Black Mane Hair in Freezington after defeating Spectrier (You need to plant Carrot Seeds in the Old Cemetery).
