You can receive Fire Memory from the woman on the left side of the Battle Tower.

How to Use Fire Memory

Physical Attacker Silvally.png

Equipping Silvally with the Fire Memory turns it into a Fire-type Pokemon and also changes its signature move, Multi-Attack, into a 120 Base Power Fire-type Move.

The Fire Memory is one of the better Memories to equip Silvally as Fire has great coverage. Fire-type Multi-Attack also has a comparable Base Power to Flare Blitz without the recoil, and becomes Max Flare during Dynamax.
