You can receive Water Memory from the woman on the left side of the Battle Tower.

How to Use Water Memory

Physical Attacker Silvally.png

Equipping Silvally with the Water Memory turns it into a Water-type Pokemon and also changes its signature move, Multi-Attack, into a 120 Base Power Water-type Move.

The Water Memory provides Silvally with a great neutral typing defensively, with only Electric and Grass-type moves dealing super effective damage against it. It also allows Silvally to set up Rain during Dynamax when Multi-Attack becomes Max Geyser.
