Max Starfall is usable by all Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokemon who know at least one Fairy-type damaging move. That move will be replaced with Max Starfall while the Pokemon is Dynamaxed.

In the case of Gigantamax Pokemon, they may not be able to learn this move if their Fairy-type damaging moves are instead replaced by their signature G-Max Move.
