Mind Blown Competitive Analysis

Mind Blown is a strong move that hits all of the Pokemon on the field including the user. The user takes damage equal to half its maximum HP.

This move is strong especially in Doubles. An ideal situation would be to have a supporting ally and both the opposing Pokemon to faint from Mind Blown as Blacephalon instantly gets three procs of Beast Boost.

Note that Mind Blown doesn't work if there is a Pokemon with the ability Damp. Also worth noting is that the user still gets damaged even if all the Pokemon are protected.

Mind Blown Locations

Mind Blown is the signature move of Blacephalon, thus making it the only Pokemon that can learn the move.
