You can get a Black Belt after accomplishing the puzzle in Turffield where there are scattered pillars.

How to Get It

1. Go to Turffield and talk to the girl on the hill. She will give you a hint on how to find the item.
2. Examine the pillars one by one in this order: Grass→Water→Fire.
3. Receive the Black Belt.
