Hidden in the Lake by Professor Magnolia's House

After getting six badges, and unlocking the second Rotom Bike, you can find a Choice Band in the lake by Professor Magnolia's house on Route 2.

Use your Rotom Bike to traverse the lake from the right side of the Professor's house.

Keep going to the right until you reach a walkable spot. Obtain the item.

Exchange for BP at the Battle Tower

Choice Band can be obtained at the BP Shop in exchange for 25 BP. The BP Shop is located in the Battle Tower at Wyndon.

How to Use Choice Band

A Pokemon can perform a Move 1.5x stronger when equipped with a Choice Band. It is a powerful item if you need to defeat a Pokemon in a single turn, even if it has low Attack stat.

However, it only allows you to use one move, so use it wisely.

Switch Out Your Pokemon to Reselect

Choice Band only allows the use of one move, but there is a way to change it. You can return your Pokemon, and switch it out again and choose another Move.

You can do this when the Move has no effect or the opponent uses Torment, which disables a Pokemon to use the same move twice.

Can be Disabled Through Dynamax
