Obtain from Wild Pokemon

The following Pokemon may hold the item, Electric Seed. You can get it by using the move Thief or Trick.

How to Use Electric Seed

Under Electric Terrain, the Electric Seed is consumed and boosts the user's Defense stat by one stage.

This item has a niche in defensive teams that can set up Electric Terrain, or in groups that have Tapu Koko or Pincurchin that can instantly set up the terrain with their Electric Surge Abilities.
