Power Belt is an EV-Training Item used to raise a Pokemon's Defense EVs in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra DLC. Read on to learn more about this item's effects, how to get it, and how to use it when training competitive Pokemon.

Pokemon who hold Power Belt will get +8 Defense EVs for each wild Pokemon defeated.
Wild Pokemon give specific EV when defeated. When you are raising a Pokemon's Defense EVs, battle the following Pokemon to gain more.

How to EV Train Fast and Reset EVs
Pokerus also works with the Power items. So for the Power Belt, it will multiply the total EVs by two.
For example, if you defeat a wild Rolycoly while your Pokemon has the Power Belt and is infected with Pokerus, the final EV yield will be 18 EVs.

How to Train & Breed for Competitive Pokemon
You can exchange 10 BP to get Power Belt in BP Shops in Hammerlocke and Wyndon.

Macho Brace | An item to be held by a Pokémon. This stiff, heavy brace helps Pokémon grow strong but cuts Speed in battle. |
