Energy Root is cheaper compared to Hyper Potion even though they both restore 120 HP. This is because Energy Root lowers the friendship of the Pokemon due to the bitter taste it has.

Energy Powder | A very bitter medicinal powder. When consumed, it restores up to 60 HP to an injured Pokemon. |
