Bind Competitive Analysis

Bind is a trapping move that deals damage at the end of each turn (four to five turns) equal to 1/8th of the target's max HP. During the duration of this move, the target cannot be manually switched out.

This move can be enhanced by Grip Claw which guarantees that the target gets trapped for five turns. Additionally, Binding Band increases the damage to 1/6th of the target's max HP.

Bind is not viable in the current meta, so we suggest using the Pokemon's main STAB move instead.
