Double Hit Competitive Analysis

Double Hit is a multi-hit Normal-type move. This move attacks the target twice, which makes it a great way to deal with Substitute as you can break it and deal damage the same turn.

This move's individual hits will get buffed individually by any Item or Ability. For example, if the user is holding a Life Orb it will boost both hits by 30% each. Because of this, Double Hit is better used by Pokemon that have access to Technician such as Scizor.
