Competitive Analysis

Horn Attack is a basic move that has 65 power and no secondary effects.

If you are looking for better physical Normal-type moves, Body Slam is a great choice. It is more powerful than Horn Attack and even has a chance to paralyze its target.

As for non-Normal type Pokemon, there are better physical moves for their respective types than Horn Attack.
