Competitive Analysis

Swallow has the effect of healing HP based on the move Stockpile. If there is one count of Stockpile, the user heals 1/4 of its Maximum HP; for two counts it heals 1/2 of its Maximum HP; while three counts will heal all of its HP. The stat-boosts gained from using Stockpile will be reset as well. An alternative move to this can be Recover since it directly heals half of the user's Maximum HP.

This move can be useful for defensive and stall teams, since it allows flexibility for the move Stockpile.
