When the weather is Rainy or Stormy, Rotom can be found at the Lake of Outrage as a Visible Encounter. While biking around the Lake of Outrage, a Rotom will typically appear within about three minutes of searching.

How to Change Rotom's Form

Obtain the Rotom Catalog

Rotom's Form can be changed using the Rotom Catalog item obtained in Wyndon. From the Stadium, go down to the house two houses down on the left, and battle the Trainer inside. After he is defeated, he will hand over the Rotom Catalog.

Select the Rotom Catalog from the Key Items pouch

Rotom Catalog

After obtaining the Rotom Catalog, you can use it to change Rotom to any of its five forms at any time. Access the Rotom Catalog from the Key Items pouch of the Bag, and Use the item. From the dropdown, select the household item associated with the Rotom Form you want to use. For example, selecting the Microwave will change Rotom to its Heat Rotom Form.
