Competitive Analysis

Flower Shield has the effect of raising the Defense of all Grass-types in the field. This move can be useful for Grass teams, however it is important to note that if your opponent has a Grass-type Pokemon this will also raise their Defense stat. This has limited distribution however, thus limiting its usefulness.
