Competitive Analysis

While Infestation may be weak, it makes up for it by dealing damage 1/8 of the target's Maximum HP for four to five turns. This effect can be enhanced to 1/6 of the target's HP by using the holder having the Binding Band equipped.

This move can be useful for defensive or stall teams as a trapping move by dishing out damage by every turn.

Is there a TM/TR for infestation? Or is it only available via Level up and breeding?
