Competitive Analysis

Electrify changes a target's move into an Electric-type move. It is very important that Electrify be used on the target before it actually uses its selected move.

Electrify works on Max Moves and will change the corresponding attack into Max Lightning.

For moves that needs to be charged, Electrify should be used on the turn the move will do damage. For example, when used on Solar Beam, Electrify should be used on the turn Solar Beam will hit and not when the user is absorbing light.

Strategies using Electrify are very uncommon and most of the time unexpected, as Heliolisk and Boltund are not popular picks in battles.

Electrify Locations

Electrify can only be learned by Default or Level Up.
