You can get more Berries by shaking a tree multiple times. However, the more you shake it, the higher the possibility that Pokemon will fall from the tree and challenge you into a battle.
It would also mean that the chances of getting Berries will decrease.

You can get all kinds of Berries as a reward when winning Max Raids.
For more information on Max Raids and how to win them, see our guide!
How to Win Max Raid Battles
The Enigma Berry has the effect of restoring 1/4 of the user's Maximum HP when hit by a super effective move. This can be useful for Pokemon that have low coverage and are susceptible to super effective attacks from different types.
However, there are better alternatives to this such as Sitrus Berry which activates and restores 1/4 of the user's Maximum HP when the user loses 1/2 or more of their Maximum HP.
Enigma Berry can be used as an ingredient when cooking Curries at the Campsite! Using Enigma Berry in your Curry will give it Spicy and Dry flavors.
You can also use Enigma Berries to produce an item at the Cram-O-Matic! The product you will get will depend on what items you combine the Berry with.

Hey um... this article is incorrect. It is now possible with the release of the Crown Tundra DLC pack to get Enigma berries. All you have to do is shake a berry tree, and you get one. I have four from that method already.
