Spectrier IS worse than Glactrier in attack, but Spectrier is just dang fast. Also Spectrier’s special attacks are a LOT better

Spectrier is better solely due to Glastrier's flaws. Being a tanky Ice type is never a good thing, since it has very common weaknesses and only resists itself. It's monstrous under Trick Room, but without it, Spectrier conquers it any day.
Actually Glastrier is better overall because Spectrier is absolutely destroyed by Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak. They are both great don't get me wrong. On their own Glastrier is much better because of the movepool where as Spectrier literally has nothing to hit Dark types. Fused with Calyrex they are more even, Ice Rider is an absolute tank and can set its own Trick Room and Shadow Rider gets more coverage and is unstoppable under Psychic Terrain which it can set itself by dynamaxing.
Honestly, the ghost type horse has very bad movesets, its horrible by its self. The ice horse looks much more viable for many different battles types, competitive or max raids, its easier for it.
