You can use N-Lunarizer to fuse Necrozma with Lunala to change Necrozma's form to Dawn Wings. You can also use the item again to revert Necrozma back to its original form.

Obtain at Stow-on-Side Bargain Shop

Key Items Stow-on-Side

After obtaining Necrozma, travel to Stow-on-Side and speak to the Bargain Shop vendor to get the N-Lunarizer.
