You can use N-Solarizer to fuse Necrozma with Solgaleo to change Necrozma's form to Dusk Mane. You can also use the item again to revert Necrozma back to its original form.

How to Get N-Solarizer

Obtain at Stow-on-Side Bargain Shop

Key Items Stow-on-Side

After obtaining Necrozma, travel to Stow-on-Side and speak to the Bargain Shop vendor to get the N-Solarizer.
